How comment-to-DM works

When someone comments on your post, Instagram notifies FandomFlow. If the comment matches your keywords, FandomFlow sends a private reply — a DM linked to that comment — with your message. When they reply to that DM, the conversation opens and your flow can continue with follow-ups, questions and links.
