Billing FAQ

About plans and payments.

How does billing work?
Plans are prepaid monthly in Indian rupees. You pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay or PayU, and your plan is active for one month from the payment. Plans do not renew automatically: renew from Settings → Subscription before your period ends. If you don’t, the workspace moves back to the Free plan. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and are the total amount charged for the plan. If GST applies, it is included in the price shown.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Your existing automations keep their settings. When your monthly automated-DM allowance is used up, automated DMs stop sending until the next monthly period starts or you upgrade. You can upgrade at any time.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade at any time from Settings → Subscription. You can switch back to Free whenever you like; because plans don’t auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel otherwise.
Is there a fee on my store sales?
No. With direct payments, customers pay into your own Razorpay or PayU account. FandomFlow charges 0% commission; only your payment gateway’s standard fee applies.
How is the scheduled posts limit counted?
Each post counts once per Instagram account it's published to, in the month it's scheduled for. Drafts and cancelled posts don't count.
Do you support Facebook or WhatsApp?
Yes for Facebook Messenger: on Starter and above you can connect Facebook Pages, automate Messenger conversations and reply from the shared inbox. Facebook comment automations and WhatsApp are on our roadmap.
