How to sell digital products on Instagram in India (with UPI)
A practical playbook for selling ebooks, presets and templates on Instagram in India: pricing, UPI checkout, delivery and DM automation.

1. Pick a product your audience already asks for
Look at your DMs and comments. The questions people ask again and again — “which preset is this?”, “can you share your plan?” — are your first product. Good starters are presets, templates, ebooks, checklists and plans: quick to make, delivered instantly.
2. Price it in rupees
Indian buyers convert better with INR prices and UPI. Start with a low-friction price for your first product, then add a bundle or premium version. Avoid dollar pricing for an Indian audience — currency conversion adds doubt at checkout.
3. Set up a store and checkout
- 1
Create a free FandomFlow account and pick a store theme.
- 2
Connect your Razorpay or PayU account so payments go straight to you.
- 3
Add a digital product: upload the file, add a cover, description and INR price.
- 4
Publish on your free subdomain or your own domain.
Buyers pay by UPI, card or netbanking and get a secure download link instantly. They can sign in later to download again. FandomFlow takes 0% commission.
4. Promote it with comment-to-DM
Post a reel showing the result your product gives, and end with “Comment PRESET and I’ll send it to you”. A comment-to-DM automation sends a product card with a Buy button to everyone who comments.
5. Follow up and measure
Add a wait and a reminder for people who didn’t click. Then check analytics: which reel brought the most comments, which flow got clicks, and what actually sold.
